Description:  These GP38-2s that spent most of their service careers in Mexico (termed "Mexi-Wrex" by another local railfan due to!their poor condition) may be headed for a repalnt at Horicon, or be parted out to maintain WSOR locomotives. Not sure yet. Let's hope Mexico treats ex-WSOR SD20s DBGX 2052 and 2055 better, as they were seen headed down!there.
