| Having advanced to Hillcrest the SY-1 crew on the detoured Q164 is stopped at Nowlan Rd alongside the GSA warehouse waiting for the D&H to be able to handle us in the yard. Trains would often stop here so the crossing at Nowlan Rd, Phelps St and Old State Rd would not be blocked while waiting |
