Here is an original photo of the 1929 Montreal Locomotive Works 4-8-2 mountain type steam locomotive built for the Canadian National. This is one in the U-1-e class without the stylish European looking smoke deflector. The white sidewalls and side platform stripe make it stand out as sharp looking sleek loco.
