| A dozen old Union Pacific locos were parked at the north end of Wabtec’s test track, three miles north of the builder’s Fort Worth plant. These were AC4400CW’s 5768, 5831, 5919, 5745, 5752, 5705, 5759, 5922, 5702 and 5896, C44-9W 9598 and AC4400CW 5817. All of these were waiting to be upgraded into AC4400CWM or AC44C6M units. |
