| The lead unit, HLCX 4210, is a loaner that Decatur & Eastern illinois uses for motive power. Originally built as SP 7242, it still wears the color scheme of its last railroad, Iowa, Chicago & Eastern, although it now belongs to the Helm organization and rented by the D&EI at the moment. |
