Restricting Signal for appraoching SEPTA train, Restricting; Aspect shown here is Steady Red over Steady Yellow. this is one aspect of Restricting. It can also be dispalyed Steasy red over Lunar White, or Just Lunar White alone. Re NORAC Rule 290, Aspect what is seen, Indication; Proceed at Restricting Speed until the entire train has cleared all interlocking and spring switches (if signal is an interlocking or CP, Controllled Point signal) and the leadin wheel have; Passed a more favorable fixed signal or Entered non signalled DCS terriroty. DCS= Form D Control System. I explained this in my last set of shotas with SEPTA 309. The towqer is sued by the SEPTA train crews as is the yard.
