It can also be dispalyed Steasy red over Lunar White, or Just Lunar White alone. Re NORAC Rule 290, Aspect what is seen, Indication; Proceed at Restricting Speed until the entire train has cleared all interlocking and spring switches (if signal is an interlocking or CP, Controllled Point signal) and the leadin wheel have; Passed a more favorable fixed signal or Entered non signalled DCS terriroty. DCS= Form D Control System. I explained this in my last set of shotas with SEPTA 309. The towqer is sued by the SEPTA train crews as is the yard. |
