Sporting one of the early Amtrak paint schemes is this former Penn Central E8A #310 unit heading up a one car passenger train. Built by EMD in March of 1951 as PRR #5903, it was merged into the Penn Central roster as PC #4303 and later PC 310 before heading over to the Amtrak roster. This is a Paul Kuehner action photo. |
