| Canadian National-Illinois Central train M-320 was heading south through Hammond, Louisiana behind blue C40-8W units 2462 and 2465 with 72 cars, mostly empty tank cars and covered hoppers. This train was previously IC CEGE and was en route from Centralia, Illinois to Geismar, Louisiana. Geismar Yard serves numerous chemical and plastics plants along the Mississippi River south of Baton Rouge. These locos were built in September 1994 as LMS lease units 735 and 738. |
