Advance Approach, Flashing Yellow Is Dark  Contributor's Pick!       
Eastbound signal has changed from APPRAOCH to ADVANCE APPROACH. Flashing Yellow light is dark in this picture. Per NORAC Rule 282a Advance Approach: Proceed prepared to stop at the second signal.
