David Richerby General I think thre's a case of mistaken identity, here. I'm pretty sure HSRX 3007 is NOT an ex-WE 251. Although WE 251 was an ex-NS locomotive, it was painted in plain black in its W&LE days, and there's no reason that HRSX would have painted the NS white stripes back onto it. 8/19/2023 5:55:11 AM
