| Recent rains flooded the access road with about a foot of water. Not wanting to be on the evening news, I opted to just get this photo instead of get washed away. The flooded road dried up enough for cars to pass later that day, but by the time I got back, this set of power was already deep into the TXI plant, switching cars. |
