AC4400 CSXT 411 as solo power on a empty coal hopper train crossing the Copper Creek Viaduct near Clinchport, VA. I find it interesting the differing styles on CSX vs NS in regards to how they handle empty trains. CSX elects to run shorter empty trains with a single AC unit, where NS tends to run MONSTER empty trains with 3-4 units, sometimes more. |
