Mpls MN depot in 1943.
This once was a busy travel hub. The depot was torn down in the late 1970s, serving Amtrak for a few years. The BNSF has a mainline to the left that remains today for its Wazata line. At its peak this depot saw 125 passenger and mail trains daily serving the GN, NP, CB&Q, CNW, and CGW.
