I saw this last year when we went to Chattanooga. I wonder if they have it set out for the mainline runs.

Look like it has solid (friction bearing) trucks under it. Unless they are converted to roller bearings and look like friction bearings I'd guess it's not mainline legal according to FRA rules for interchange..
