The Tallulah Falls Railroad in the 21st century
The storied Tallulah Falls railroad was abandoned in the 1960's, today few traces of the spectacular line filled with high wooden trestles remains. However Southern Ry bought the Southernmost portion of the line and operated it into the 1980's. This stretch of the wye in Cornelia is about all that remains today. Had the railroad survived up till now, maybe this is what a standard set of power would look like.
