How unlucky can you get?         
Here's EEC Thirteen Thirteen at Albany yard. This is a nice tkematic contrast to the very "lucky" covered hopper I saw a few days ago, UP 77777. ;-) Actually, this car is somewhat lucky... no grafitti!
