Title:  WSOR 3809
Description:  A short train returning to Horicon from Oshkosh on Memorial Day, 2014, leaves Reeds Corners. Reeds Corners is one of the oldest settlements in the Town of Metomen in Fond du Lac County. It was once a prominent community on the original Milwaukee and Horicon Railway, with two churches, a depot, post office and local stores and shops. The community lost its post office and station in 1873. They were moved a half mile south and renamed Metomen. Today, Reeds Corners is a small collection of homes with Reeds Corners Bethel Cemetary marking the location of the original community.
