Grab shot of CIC 205 crossing Waconia Ave. SW after the tornado outbreak
Description:
Earlier in the day while headed out to storm chase (Caught the EF4 tornado near Keota, IA!) I'd spotted this RELCO slug set north of Highway 30. On my way back, I spotted it again, headlights on moving under the highway! I quick jumped off at the next exit but the gates started going down before I could get across and set up. I meant to take a video but my phone failed to respond to my touch and stayed on photo mode.
