Description:
Here's another example of an unusual configuration to last into the 20th century is this camelback center cab model captured by Ralph G. Dunn. Built by Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin predecesor) in October of 1896, the camelback loco served until the 1940's. Specs - serial #15023, E-13b, 54" drivers, 180 psi boiler pressure, 22x28" cylinders, engine weight of 168,000 lb, tractive effort of 38,397 lb.
